为了满足离合器分离轴承调心力检测的要求,以ARM7为微处理器设计了一款嵌入式仪表,运用液晶图形化显示技术、大容量信息存储技术、测量数据处理技术、无线射频通信技术等,结合检测过程的实际需要,移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,实现了仪表的智能化、信息化和网络化.实践证明满足了调心力检测的要求.

In order to meet the need of detecting the centre debugging pressure of clutch release bearing,an embedded instrument with ARM7 microprocessor as the core was designed.This instrument adopted technologies of liquid crystal graphic display,large capacity storage and management of information,data processing of measurement,and wireless communication.The μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operatingsystem was transplanted,and the intelligent,informative and networked instrument was implemented.Practice shows it satisfies the requirement of the centre debugging pressure detection.
