    This paper introduces the application of Mitsubishi position unit FX-10GM in the electrical control process of 4-station drilling and tapping combination machine tools,summarizes the control principle of position unit from hardware design to software design.Based on the debugging of the combination machine tool,it is shown that the Mitsubishi position unit is suitable for high precision and economical devices.
