大型舰船、洞库和地铁等独立电力系统对于供电的可靠性要求较高,但是短路电流大多难以分断,必须采取限流分断措施。文章针对上述场合的特殊环境,从温升和分断特性两个方面综合考虑,开展了爆炸桥式高速分断机构的研究,得到了机构关键参数的设计依据。在此基础上研制的380V/2500A机构样机额定通流最高温升为38.3K,分断时间为220μs,全开断时间为1010μs,试验结果与仿真相符,机构能够有效保护系统的安全和供电晶质。

The independent power system for large-scale ship, cavern and subway must be reliable and safe, but most fault current is too high to break. As a result, the fault current should be limited. In this paper, the thermoelectric coupling and nonlinear dynamics model was established and the affect of structural parameters was analyzed with on temperature rising and interrupting characteristics. Some optimized parameters were achieved through simulations. A 380V/2500A prototype had been developed for temperature rising and interrupting test. Test results showed that the temperature rise was 38.3K, the opening time was 2281as and an whole opening time was 10101as. The research conclusions could be used for reference to design high speed interrupter for higher capacity system.
