In order to improve teaching quality of single chip microcomputer course,this paper has analyzed the status of curriculum content and characteristics,also studied the course teaching form,methods and practice,it is a goal to the student has engineering practice,technological innovation and teamwork capacities.These methods has applied to teaching process,and obtained better results.
