目的:探讨列表式健康宣教流程对冠心病患者健康行为的影响.方法:将112例冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法实施健康宣教计划内容,观察组依据列表式健康宣教流程表为患者实施健康宣教计划.比较两组健康教育达标情况、患者及家属对护理工作的满意度及患者出院后疾病复发情况.结果:观察组健康教育达标率及对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,患者出院后疾病复发率低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论:列表式健康宣教流程能加深患者的印象,强化记忆,提高健康教育效果,满足患者的健康需求,提高生活质量及患者的满意度.

Objective: To study the effect of list-style health education process on behavior of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 112 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group (56 cases for each group). Traditional health education methods were adopted in control group, and health education plan was implemented in the light of list-style health education process in observation group. The comparison was made in the realization of health education plan, the satisfaction of patients and their family members at nursing work as well as the recurrence of the disease after the patients were discharged from hospital. Results: The realization rate of health education plan and the degree of satisfaction of the patients and their family members were significantly higher and recurrence rate was lower in observation group than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The list-style health education process can strengthen patient's impression and memory, enhance the effectiveness of health education, meet the health demands of patients and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the patients with coronary heart disease.
