"城市规划"与"气象"是一对相互影响、相互制约的复杂矛盾因子.通过城市规划的气象环境影响效应研究,发现城市发展与气象变化的客观规律,研究城市规划的应时措施,对提高城市规划的科学性有重要意义.结合青岛市气象局的历史资料分析和数值模拟预测研究成果,重点从城市功能布局、防灾减灾、生态功能区的保护、城市发展建设密度等方面探讨适应气象条件的城市规划对策.

Urban planning and Atmosphere effect and restraint each other. Based on a study of atmospheric environment impacts in urban planning, this paper examines the relationships between atmospheric change and urban development, which helps to strengthen the scientific components of urban planning. This paper proposes ur-ban planning solutions of atmospheric environmental problems based on historic data analysis and numerical simulation. In addition, discussion is held from the perspec-tives of functional zoing, disaster prevention and mitigation, ecological protection zones and densities in urban development.
