The reasonable structure of VT3000 (Virtual T3000) control simulation system is established after analyzing virtual design, and an auto-control software package named VS7 (Virtual S7) is developed, aiming at the S7 Controller program. It can execute control logic such as logical interlock, process control, points control or group control, etc., to realize some functions, such as data acquisition, sequence control, coordination control, and security control and so on.
