本文研究了不同碳源,氮源以及发酵条件对茶树菇多糖产量的影响,并通过正交试验优化了深层发酵堵养基.结果表明,茶树菇深层发酵最适的碳源为玉米粉,最适的氮源为酵母粉,最适的发酵条件为温度25℃,摇瓶装液量100 mL/250 mL,转速150 r/min,接种量15%,起始pH自然.

In this paper, we investigated the influences on the production of polysaccharides of Agroeybe aegirit, which were caused by different carbon sources and nitrogen sources and various fermentation conditions.The medium compo-nents for submerged fermentation were optimized through orthognal test.The results indicated that the best carbon source for Agrocybe aegirit submerged fermentation was corn powder, the best nitrogen source was yeast powder.The best fer-mentation conditions were 25 ℃,100 mL/250 mL shake flasks,150 r/min,the inoculation volume was 15% ,the nature pH.
