采用干混法制备了3种反应吸附脱硫剂:Ni/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3、NiO/ZnO-SiO_2一Al_2O_3、NiS/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3,并利用小型固定床实验装置进行了催化裂化汽油脱硫实验.研究发现,活性组分Ni处于不同化学形态时,吸附剂脱硫活性顺序为:Ni/ZnOSiO_2-Al_2O_3>NiO/ZnO-SiO_2一Al_2O>NiS/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3.还原态Ni基吸附剂Ni/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3反应吸附脱硫最佳工艺条件为:反应温度370℃.总压力2.0MPa,体积空速5.0 h-1,氢/油摩尔比2.6.在最佳工艺条件下测得了吸附剂的穿透曲线,并通过穿透曲线获得了吸附剂的饱和硫容.

Three kinds of reactive adsorption desulfurization agents Ni/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3,NiO/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3 and NiS/ZnO-SiO_2-AlO_3 are prepared by dry mixed method.The evaluation test for desulfurization of FCC gasoline is carried out in a fixed bed reactor.Desulfurization activity of adsorbents with different Ni chemical speciation is investigated,showing the activity sequence of Ni/ZnO-SiO_2-Al2O3>NiO/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3>NiS/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3.The optimal operating conditions for FCC gasoline desulfurization of Ni/ZnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3 are reactive temperature of 370℃,total pressure of 2.0 Mpa,volume space velocity of 5.0 h-1 and H2/oil molar ratio of 2.6.Under the optimum operating condition,the breakthrough curve of reactive adsorption desulfurization is measured,from which the saturation sulfur capacity of adaorbent is obtained.
