滚筒采煤机在大俯角采煤时,经常会出现装煤效果差,液压系统齿轮泵吸空,行走轮和导向滑靴严重磨损等状况,生产效率大幅下降。针对上述问题提出了相应的优化开采措施。经对采煤机做了一系列的改进后,减少了采煤机故障发生的频率,大大提高了生产效率。

Shear often appears poor coal loading effect, the hydraulic system gear pump air, severe wear of mobile round and slipper-oriented at large depression seam, which causes low production efficiency. On account of these problems, the relevant optimization exploitation measures are proposed. By serial improvement of shear, the faults frequency has been reduced, the production efficiency has been greatly improved.
