目的探讨信息化架构下护理质量控制的应用及效果.方法以运行的护理信息系统为依托,结合给药差错发生率、护理文书质量,评价信息化护理质量控制运行的效果.结果护理信息系统实施后给药差错发生率由2008年的0.10％下降到2010年的0.03％,差异具有统计学意义(x2=23.093,P＜0.01)；电子护理记录在保证记录的规范性、及时性、准确性等方面均优于手写护理记录,差异均具有统计学意义(x2分别为12.250,9.890,16.103;P ＜0.05).结论采用信息技术实行质量控制,提高了质控效率及效果,有利于促进护理质量持续提高.

Objective To explore the application and effect of the information technology on the nursing quality control.Methods Many methods were used such as combined nursing information system with the incidence of medication errors,quality of nursing records,evaluated the operation and effect of the information quality control.Results After used the nursing information system,the incidence rate of medication errors decreased from 0.10％ in 2008 to 0.03％ in 2010,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =23.093,P ＜0.01 ).Electronic record was better than hand record in standardability,timeliness and accuracy of nursing records,and the differences between them were statistically significant ( x2 =12.250,9.890,16.103,respectively;P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Information technology used in nursing quality control can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control and can promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality control.
