采用溶胶-凝胶-浸渍法对二氧化钛进行Zn~(2+)改性,并以苯酚废水为降解模型反应物,研究了Zn~(2+)改性TiO_2的光催化活性.结果表明,Zn~(2+)改性能够提高二氧化钛的光催化活性,当Zn~(2+)掺杂量为2.0%(质量百分比),煅烧温度为600 ℃,催化活性最好,当催化剂的投加量为3.0 g/L,通气量为600 mL/min,pH值为3.3时,对苯酚废水溶液紫外灯光催化30 min的降解率可达到98.2%.

Zn~(2+)-doped TiO_2 coupled photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel-dipping method.Being a model reaction,the photocatalytic degradation of phenol wastewater was investigated in Zn~(2+)-doped TiO_2 powder suspension by UV-lamp.The results showed that the addition of Zn~(2+) to TiO_2 enhanced its photocatalytic activity, and the optimum dipped content of Zn~(2+) was 2.0%,the optimum calcination temperature was 600 ℃;under the condition of amount of photocatalyst 3.0 g/L,initial pH 3.3,air flow 600 mL/min,the degradation rate of phenol wastewater was 98.2% by 20 W UV-lamp irradiated 30 min.
