采用电爆炸喷涂的方法,以钼和80号高碳钢为喷涂材料,在LY12铝合金圆筒零件的内表面上交替喷涂钼和高碳钢,制备了Mo/高碳钢复合涂层,并对涂层的形貌、结合强度、抗热震性和显微硬度等性能进行了检测. 研究结果表明,涂层具有致密、高硬度、结合强度高和抗热冲击性能好的优点.
採用電爆炸噴塗的方法,以鉬和80號高碳鋼為噴塗材料,在LY12鋁閤金圓筒零件的內錶麵上交替噴塗鉬和高碳鋼,製備瞭Mo/高碳鋼複閤塗層,併對塗層的形貌、結閤彊度、抗熱震性和顯微硬度等性能進行瞭檢測. 研究結果錶明,塗層具有緻密、高硬度、結閤彊度高和抗熱遲擊性能好的優點.

A Mo/high-carbon steel composite coating on the substrate of aluminum alloy LY12 is sprayed on by wire explosion spraying. When the composite coating is sprayed, Mo is sprayed firstly. And then, high-carbon steel (0.8%C) and Mo are sprayed alternately. After the composite coating is sprayed, the surface of the composite coating is inspected. The binding strength between the coating and the substrate, the hardness and the thermal-shock resistance of the coating are also tested. These tests show that the density, binding strength and hardness of the coating are high and the thermal-shock resistance of the coating is good.
