纸基摩擦材料因其优异的摩擦性能在交通运输机械、建筑矿山机械等各类车辆与工程机械的自动变速器和制动器中得到广泛的应用,是一类重要的摩擦材料.文章介绍了纸基摩擦材料的接合机理、润滑油作用机制、纸基摩擦材料性能的影响因素(孔隙率、材料力学性能及温度)、表面形貌及磨损机理的研究现状.
紙基摩抆材料因其優異的摩抆性能在交通運輸機械、建築礦山機械等各類車輛與工程機械的自動變速器和製動器中得到廣汎的應用,是一類重要的摩抆材料.文章介紹瞭紙基摩抆材料的接閤機理、潤滑油作用機製、紙基摩抆材料性能的影響因素(孔隙率、材料力學性能及溫度)、錶麵形貌及磨損機理的研究現狀.

Paper-based friction material which has outstanding friction properties has been widely applied in automatic transmissiom and braking systems of various vehicles and engineering machines.In last decade,with the increasing of recognizing the importance and the potential applications of tins material,related studies were carried out and some theories were developed.This paper is focused on the advances of study on the engagement and lubrication mechanisms,the effects of material structure,mechanics,temperature and surface morphology characteristics on the friction properties of paper-based friction material.
