    This thesis analyses the several defects in the present patterns of the standardized-training for the full-time medical staff in Zhejiang province,and puts forwards the new pattern,namely,to implement the full-time staff-training plan on the basis of "Free for the on-duty".The author also discusses the bottle-necks and the challenges that affect the existing practice.
