目的 建立测定左旋尤利沙星含量及有关物质的高效液相色谱方法.方法 采用Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%三乙胺和0.1%庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(用磷酸调节pH 2.5)(25:75)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为275nm,柱温为35℃.结果 主峰能与相邻杂质峰达基线分离,左旋尤利沙星的浓度在10~200μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996,最低检测限为0.2ng.结论 该法简便、准确,灵敏度高,专属性强,可以用于左旋尤利沙星的含量及有关物质的测定.

Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of levoulifloxacin and its related substances.Methods The chromatographic separation of levoulifloxacin was performed on a Diamonsil C_(18) column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.2%triethylamine and 0.1%sodium heptanesulfonic acid at pH 2.5 the column temperature was maintained at 35℃.Results Levoulifloxacin was completely separated from its related substances.The calibration curve of levoulifloxacin was linear in the range of 10-200 μg/ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996.The limit of detection was 0.2ng.Conclusions The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and specific,and can be used for determination of levoulifloxacin and its related substances.
