海藻酸钙胶囊是由大分子、水分子和离子组成的复杂网络结构,其水分 含量很高(约3500%,以干基计)。在海藻酸钙胶囊干燥过程中,用常规分析方法确定干燥 机理和硬化反应关键点等比较困难。电阻抗分析法在实际分析中有很多优点,该研究用于监 控海藻酸钙胶囊的干燥进程。确定了电阻抗分析法的测定条件,测定并分析了几种干 燥过程中电阻抗特性的变化。

Calcium alginate gel has a complex network structure of macro molecules, water molecules and ions, and its moisture content is very high (abou t 3500% d.b.). It is very difficult to detect the drying mechanism, and determin e the critical point of stiffening reaction by normal analysis methods. The elec trical impedance spectroscopy has many advantages applying in practical analysis , thus the method has been attempted to monitor the continuation of calcium algi nate gel drying. The measuring conditions were determined and changes of electri cal impedance properties in several kinds of drying process were measured and an alyzed in this study.
