目的 了解血浆和脑脊液5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的降低与脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的关系.方法 检测30例PSD及30例对照组的血浆和脑脊液5-羟色胺含量,并进行对比分析.结果 PSD患者血浆和脑脊液5-羟色胺含量明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).但在不同的时间脑脊液和血液的5-羟色胺的水平无明显波动(P＞0.05).结论 血浆和脑脊液5-羟色胺含量的降低在PSD发病机制中起着重要作用.
目的 瞭解血漿和腦脊液5-羥色胺(5-HT)含量的降低與腦卒中後抑鬱癥(PSD)的關繫.方法 檢測30例PSD及30例對照組的血漿和腦脊液5-羥色胺含量,併進行對比分析.結果 PSD患者血漿和腦脊液5-羥色胺含量明顯低于對照組(P＜0.01).但在不同的時間腦脊液和血液的5-羥色胺的水平無明顯波動(P＞0.05).結論 血漿和腦脊液5-羥色胺含量的降低在PSD髮病機製中起著重要作用.
목적 료해혈장화뇌척액5-간색알(5-HT)함량적강저여뇌졸중후억욱증(PSD)적관계.방법 검측30례PSD급30례대조조적혈장화뇌척액5-간색알함량,병진행대비분석.결과 PSD환자혈장화뇌척액5-간색알함량명현저우대조조(P＜0.01).단재불동적시간뇌척액화혈액적5-간색알적수평무명현파동(P＞0.05).결론 혈장화뇌척액5-간색알함량적강저재PSD발병궤제중기착중요작용.
Objective To understand the relationship between poststroke depression(PSD)and the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of cerebral stroke patients.Methods The levels of 5-HT in plasma and CSF were neasured in PSD group(n=30)and healthy control group(n=30),and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of 5-HT in plasma and CSF were significantly higher in PSD group than those in healthy control group(P＜0.01).However,the levels of 5-HT in plasma and CSF didn't fluctuate in different time points(P＞0.05).Conclusion The decreased level of 5-HT in plasma and CSF may play an important role in pathogenesis of poststroke depression.
