等强度(变截面)轮辋是国际钢轮行业的先进技术之一。采用有限元分析方法研究了等强度轮辋结构参数变化对轮辋应力水平的影响,以在相同条件下,轮辋等效应力总体水平低且波动小为目标,实现了基于CAE分析技术的车轮等强度轮辋设计方案优选,对等强度轮辋的合理设计具有一定指导作用。
等彊度(變截麵)輪輞是國際鋼輪行業的先進技術之一。採用有限元分析方法研究瞭等彊度輪輞結構參數變化對輪輞應力水平的影響,以在相同條件下,輪輞等效應力總體水平低且波動小為目標,實現瞭基于CAE分析技術的車輪等彊度輪輞設計方案優選,對等彊度輪輞的閤理設計具有一定指導作用。

The constant strength rim (variable cross-section rim) is an advanced technology in steel wheel industry. The influence of structural parameter of the constant strength rim on stresses is studied by means of the FEA method. Aiming at realizing the lower equivalent stress and small stress fluctuation under the same conditions,realized based on CAE analysis techniques such as the wheel rim plan optimization design strength,equivalence with the reasonable design of strength rim zigong.
