目的探索预防术中缝针丢失的新方法 .方法 (1)普通缝针:①对照组:采用肓法,连续行接触放针法、夹持缝针抛掷法、夹持缝针法,操作1200次.②实验组:增加器械托盘的缓冲作用,与对照组做相同的操作1200次.(2)无损伤带线缝合针保管:采用针盒法及改良法实验操作各180次.结果 (1)对照组发生掸针率为0.75%;实验组弹针率为0,两组实验比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01).(2)对照组失针率为17.22%;实验组失针率为0,两组实验比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01).结论对普通缝针增加器械托盘的缓冲作用、对无损伤带线缝合针采用改良法保管,在预防术中缝针丢失的方法中作用明显,且价格低廉,取材方便.

Objective To explore a new method of preventing the suture-needle lost during operation. Methods (1) General suture needle: tangent needles, flight suture and clip suture were manipulated continuously 1200 times in control group; same manipulating was performed as control group and cushioning effect of appliance salver was added in experiment group. (2) Scatheless suture-needle with string safekeeping: Experiments of needle box method and improved method are performed 180 times respectively. Results (1) The shells-pin rate in control group was 0.75%; while that of experimental group was 0%. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01). (2) The lost-pin rate in control group was 17.22%, and that of experimental group was 0%, The experimental difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01). Conclusions The cushioning effect of appliance salver and scatheless suture with string safekeeping will be a significant inexpensive and easy method in preventing the suture lost.
