将宣肺止咳合剂开发成中药制剂的三类新药。方法：采用药理实验方法对抗炎、抑菌、止咳、平喘、祛痰等指标进行药效观察。结果：宣肺止咳合剂口服给药14 g*kg-1对抗炎抑菌都有明显作用，对止咳、平喘、祛痰也有一定作用。结论：该合剂为一治疗急、慢性支气管炎的新药。
장선폐지해합제개발성중약제제적삼류신약。방법：채용약리실험방법대항염、억균、지해、평천、거담등지표진행약효관찰。결과：선폐지해합제구복급약14 g*kg-1대항염억균도유명현작용，대지해、평천、거담야유일정작용。결론：해합제위일치료급、만성지기관염적신약。
OBJECTIVE:To develop Xuanfei Zhike mixture (XZM)as third type new drug of Chinese herbs preparation.METHODS:Pharmacodynamic observing on antiinflammatory,bacteriostases,relieving cough and asthma,removing the phlegm and other index by experimental pharmacological methods.RESULTS:XZM has obvious effect on anti-inflammatory and bacteriostases by ig 14 g*kg-1,and definite effect on relieving cough and asthma,removing the phlegm.CONCLUSION:The mixture is a new drug of treating acute and chronic bronchitis.
