目的研究白花蛇舌草的黄酮成分.方法用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC对黄酮成分进行分离,应用波谱学方法鉴定结构.结果从该植物中分离出6个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:quercetin-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-sinapoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside(1);kaempferol-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-β-D-galactopyranoside(2);quercetin-3-O-[2-O-(6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside(3);quercetin-3-O-scambubioside(4);quercetin(5);kaempferol(6).结论化合物1为新化合物.
