The sufficient condition which analytical solution of neutral delay differential equations with multiple delays is asymptotically stable was given; the asymptotic stability of linear multistep methods for the numerical solution of neutral delay differential equations with multiple delays was discussed. By Lagrange Interpolation, it is shown that linear multistep methods are asymptotically stable if and only if it is A-stable.
