转变经济发展方式是三明市“十二五”时期经济社会发展的主线，研究探索转变三明市经济发展方式的方向和重大任务十分必要。转变三明市经济发展方式，要切实推动传统产业转型升级，明确今后产业发展导向，拓展产业发展的层次和空间，不断优化产业和城镇布局，提高各园区产业集群的竞争力，加强地方之间的经济协作，建立健全促进经济发展方式转变的体制机制。

The transformation of the modes of economic development is the main line of economic and social development in Sanming city from 2011 to 2015. It is necessary and important to study the subject about the modes of economic development. To transform the modes of Sanming economic development, the following measures should be taken into account： to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries; to clarify the orientation for future industrial development; to improve the level and space for industrial development; to optimize the layout of industries and urban system; to enhance the competitiveness of industrial cluster of each garden; to strengthen the local economic cooperation and to establish a sound mechanism to advance the transformation of the modes of economic development.
