采用水蒸气蒸馏、有机溶剂萃取以及微波萃取方法提取红花香雪兰挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对提取的挥发油成分进行了分析.结果显示:不同提取方法获得的挥发油化学成分及其含量差异较大,共鉴定出9类78种化学成分.其中采用水蒸气蒸馏法得到的挥发油相对含量较高的有沉香醇(30.511%)、二甲基亚砜(24.191%)和α-松油醇(18.701%);有机溶剂萃取方法得到的挥发油成分主要是烃类化合物(68.656%),沉香醇、二甲基亚砜和α-松油醇也具有较高的相对含量;而微波萃取方法获得的挥发油主要成分是脂肪酸(51.369%),亚油酸、棕榈酸和亚麻酸的相对含量分别是18.691%,17.387%和15.291%.这说明不同的提取方法得到的挥发油成分各不相同,它们的联合运用可以相对全面地分析香雪兰挥发油的成分.

Essential oils of Red Freesia hybrida were extracted through the three following methods:stream distillation,solvent extraction and microwave extraction,and whose chemical components were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The results show that,78 chemical constituents were identified which could be categorized into 9 kinds.The major constituents of essential oil from stream distillation were linalool (30.511%),dimethyl sulfoxide (24.191%), α-terpineol (18.701%),during solvent extraction,the most were alkanes (68.656%) and linalool,besides that,dimethyl sulfoxide and α-terpineol were also very rich,however,the major of essential oil from microwave extraction was fatty acid(51.369%)including linoleic acid (18.691%),hexadecanoic acid (17.387%) and linoleic acid (15.291%).All of the above show that different essential oils can be extracted through different methods,and the overall chemical components of the essential oils can be relatively analyzed through combining the three methods.
