干细胞治疗的研究展示了广阔的应用前景,但干细胞治疗作为一种新的疾病治疗手段,仍存在着很多亟待解决的问题.报告基因显像是近年来发展迅速的一种无创、灵敏的监测干细胞的方法,特别是放射性核素报告基因显像具有灵敏度高和特异性强的优点,并可进行深部组织显像和重复显像,是在活体条件下示踪干细胞最具潜力的技术,展示了良好的应用前景.
榦細胞治療的研究展示瞭廣闊的應用前景,但榦細胞治療作為一種新的疾病治療手段,仍存在著很多亟待解決的問題.報告基因顯像是近年來髮展迅速的一種無創、靈敏的鑑測榦細胞的方法,特彆是放射性覈素報告基因顯像具有靈敏度高和特異性彊的優點,併可進行深部組織顯像和重複顯像,是在活體條件下示蹤榦細胞最具潛力的技術,展示瞭良好的應用前景.
