将“知行合一”开放性教学模式运用于交际心理学选修课程的教学中,着力培养大学生的人际交往能力。通过精选教学内容,精心设计教学过程,采用多样化的教学方法和手段,做到学用结合;以“学习共同体”为支持平台,有效地将课堂教学延伸到课外。实践证明,交际心理学教学中应用“知行合一”开放性教学模式,可以促进学生人际交往能力的提高,受到了学生的喜爱和普遍认可。
將“知行閤一”開放性教學模式運用于交際心理學選脩課程的教學中,著力培養大學生的人際交往能力。通過精選教學內容,精心設計教學過程,採用多樣化的教學方法和手段,做到學用結閤;以“學習共同體”為支持平檯,有效地將課堂教學延伸到課外。實踐證明,交際心理學教學中應用“知行閤一”開放性教學模式,可以促進學生人際交往能力的提高,受到瞭學生的喜愛和普遍認可。

This paper introduces the application of “the unity of knowing and doing”-theopening teaching model in optional course communication psychology and focuses on the cultivation of students' people skill.By careful selection of teaching contents and elaborate design the teaching process,combining knowledge and practice is achieved with various teaching methods and means; backed with “community of learners”, class teaching can be effectively extended to outside of class.It is proved that this teaching model wins appeal and wide recognition among students, and improves students' interpersonal relations.
