目的 探讨正电子药物18F氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)在正电子发射计算机(断层PET/CT)脑显像致痫灶定位中的应用.方法 对32例癫痫患者行18F-FDG脑三维PET/CT显像,将其定位结果与头皮脑电图(EEG)、颅脑CT或MRI结果进行比较.结果 PET/CT阳性检出率为90.6%(29/32),其中低代谢灶27例,高代谢灶2例,正常3例;EEG阳性检出率为65.6%(21/32),常规脑部CT或MRI阳性检出率为31.0%(10/32).结论 18F-FDG在PET/CT脑显像中对癫痫的定位诊断有较高的灵敏性和准确性.
目的 探討正電子藥物18F氟代脫氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)在正電子髮射計算機(斷層PET/CT)腦顯像緻癇竈定位中的應用.方法 對32例癲癇患者行18F-FDG腦三維PET/CT顯像,將其定位結果與頭皮腦電圖(EEG)、顱腦CT或MRI結果進行比較.結果 PET/CT暘性檢齣率為90.6%(29/32),其中低代謝竈27例,高代謝竈2例,正常3例;EEG暘性檢齣率為65.6%(21/32),常規腦部CT或MRI暘性檢齣率為31.0%(10/32).結論 18F-FDG在PET/CT腦顯像中對癲癇的定位診斷有較高的靈敏性和準確性.
목적 탐토정전자약물18F불대탈양포도당(18F-FDG)재정전자발사계산궤(단층PET/CT)뇌현상치간조정위중적응용.방법 대32례전간환자행18F-FDG뇌삼유PET/CT현상,장기정위결과여두피뇌전도(EEG)、로뇌CT혹MRI결과진행비교.결과 PET/CT양성검출솔위90.6%(29/32),기중저대사조27례,고대사조2례,정상3례;EEG양성검출솔위65.6%(21/32),상규뇌부CT혹MRI양성검출솔위31.0%(10/32).결론 18F-FDG재PET/CT뇌현상중대전간적정위진단유교고적령민성화준학성.
Objective To discuss the application of 18F-FDG PET/CT in epileptogenic zone localization.Methods Tirty-two patients with epilepsies were studied with interictal 18F-FDG PET/CT cerebral imaging,and all of them had scalp EEG,CT or MRI results for comparision.Results The sensitivity of 18F-FDG PET/CT was 90.6%,27 patients(84.5%) showed focal hypometabolism,2 patients(6.3%) showed focal hypermetabolism and rest 3 patients(9.4%) had negative result.The sensitivity of EEG was 65.6%(21/32),the sensitivity of CT and MRI was 31.0%(10/32).Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT was a sensitive and accurate image modality in the localization of epileptic foci.
