반흔피부금속원소
目的从金属元素含量变化的角度探讨增生性瘢痕的发病机理。方法采用GGX-5型原子吸收分光光度计分3组测定①非瘢痕组②扁平瘢痕组③增生性瘢痕组患者的全血、瘢痕组织及其自身正常皮肤的钙、镁、锌、铁、铜含量。结果 3组患者的全血和正常皮肤的5种元素水平差异无显著性意义。增生性瘢痕组较其自身正常皮肤5种元素含量减少。扁平瘢痕组与其自身正常皮肤的元素含量相同。结论增生性瘢痕组织中微量元素含量较自身正常皮肤的含量减少,这可能与增生性瘢痕的形成有关。

목적종금속원소함량변화적각도탐토증생성반흔적발병궤리。방법채용GGX-5형원자흡수분광광도계분3조측정①비반흔조②편평반흔조③증생성반흔조환자적전혈、반흔조직급기자신정상피부적개、미、자、철、동함량。결과 3조환자적전혈화정상피부적5충원소수평차이무현저성의의。증생성반흔조교기자신정상피부5충원소함량감소。편평반흔조여기자신정상피부적원소함량상동。결론증생성반흔조직중미량원소함량교자신정상피부적함량감소,저가능여증생성반흔적형성유관。
Objective To determine the changes of elements in scars and study the pathological mechanism of hypertrophic scar . Methods The Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe and Cu contents of blood and normal skin in patients without scar (group A, n = 12), of blood, normal skin and flat scar (group B, n = 8) and of blood, normal skin and hypertrophic scar (group C, n = 12) were determined with a GGX-5 model of atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results ① There were no differences between the contents of the five elements of blood and normal skin in all patients. ② In group B , the contents of the five elements of flat scar are the same as that in normal skin of the same patient . ③ In group C , the contents of the five elements of hypertrophic scar were lower than that of the normal skin of the same patient . Conclusion The cause of the changes of element contents in hypertrophic scar lies in local wounded tissues instead of the whole body of the patient.
