目的:观察调糖饮对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗及血清脂联素的影响.方法:将纳入的90例患者,随机分为A、B、C组各30例,另随机选取健康受试者30人作为空白对照组.在糖尿病基础治疗基础上,A组予调糖饮胶囊,B组予二甲双胍片,C组予调糖饮胶囊合二甲双胍片,三组疗程均为3个月.治疗前后测定FPG、UA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、脂联素并进行比较.结果:A、B、C组治疗3个月后,FPG、HOMA-IR及血脂、脂联素、尿酸等实验室指标均有显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中以C组改善程度最显著.结论:调糖饮有调节糖、脂代谢紊乱,并有改善胰岛素抵抗的作用,可能与其提高血清脂联素水平有关.

목적:관찰조당음대2형당뇨병이도소저항급혈청지련소적영향.방법:장납입적90례환자,수궤분위A、B、C조각30례,령수궤선취건강수시자30인작위공백대조조.재당뇨병기출치료기출상,A조여조당음효낭,B조여이갑쌍고편,C조여조당음효낭합이갑쌍고편,삼조료정균위3개월.치료전후측정FPG、UA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、지련소병진행비교.결과:A、B、C조치료3개월후,FPG、HOMA-IR급혈지、지련소、뇨산등실험실지표균유현저개선(P<0.05혹P<0.01),기중이C조개선정도최현저.결론:조당음유조절당、지대사문란,병유개선이도소저항적작용,가능여기제고혈청지련소수평유관.
Objective: To observe the influence of Tiaotangyin on insulin resistance and serum adiponectin in type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. Methods: Ninety cases with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into three groups: A, B, C. each group with 30 cases. Other 30 healthy volunteers were randomly selected as blank group. Besides basic diabetes treatments, group A was given Tiaotangyuin capsules, group B was given melbine tablets, group C was given both Tiaotangyin capsules and melbine tablets, the treatment of all these three groups was three months. The FPG, UA, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, adiponectin were tested and compared pre and post treatment. Results: After three months treatment, FPG, HOMA-IR, blood fat, adiponectin, uric acid and other laboratory index were improved significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in A, B, C group, and group C has the most significant improvement. Conclusions: Tiaotangyin has the effects of adjusting glycolipid metabolic disorder, improving insulin resistance, it may relate to its function of improving serum adiponectin.
