为探讨多糖对早期断奶仔猪淋巴细胞增殖与细胞因子的影响,选用21d龄健康杜×长×大断奶仔猪(5.30±0.25kg)25头,随机分为5个组,每组5头,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮(CR)、基础日粮+0.3%白术纯多糖(PPAM)、基础日粮+0.6%复合粗多糖(CCP)、基础日粮+0.6%白术粗多糖(CPAM)、基础日粮+抗生素(15%金霉素150/kg+4%黄霉素50mg/kg)(ANT),试验期为14d.结果显示:PPAM、CCP能提高血清中TNF的含量(P<0.05),同时PPAM、CCP、CPAM也有提高淋巴细胞增殖和IL-2的趋势.表明饲料中添加PPAM、CCP能够有效提高早期断奶仔猪的免疫力.

위탐토다당대조기단내자저림파세포증식여세포인자적영향,선용21d령건강두×장×대단내자저(5.30±0.25kg)25두,수궤분위5개조,매조5두,분별사위옥미-두박형기출일량(CR)、기출일량+0.3%백술순다당(PPAM)、기출일량+0.6%복합조다당(CCP)、기출일량+0.6%백술조다당(CPAM)、기출일량+항생소(15%금매소150/kg+4%황매소50mg/kg)(ANT),시험기위14d.결과현시:PPAM、CCP능제고혈청중TNF적함량(P<0.05),동시PPAM、CCP、CPAM야유제고림파세포증식화IL-2적추세.표명사료중첨가PPAM、CCP능구유효제고조기단내자저적면역력.
To study the effects of polysaccharides on lymphocyte transformation and cytokines in early-weaned piglets, Twenty-five "Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire" crossbred weaned piglets (21th day, 5.30+ 0.25kg BW) were randomly divided into 5 groups of 5 replicates per treatment and one piglet per replicate, fed with basal diet, basal diet plus 0.3 pure polysaccharides of atractylodes macroccphala koidz(PPAM), basal diet plus 0.6 % crude compound polysaccharides (CCP), basal diet plus 0.6% polysaccharides of atractylodes macrocephala koidz (CPAM), adding antibiotic (15% chlortetracycline 150mg/kg and 4% flavomycin 50mg/kg)(ANT) respectively. The trial lasted for 14 days. The results showed as follows: the serum TNF concentration of the piglets treated with PPAM or CCP were higher (P<0.05) than those treated with CR; lymphocyte transformation and IL-2 of the piglets treated with PPAM, CPAM and CCP were greater than those treated with CR, but there were no significant differences(P>0.05) among them. These results indicated that the dietary supplemented with PPAM and CCP can improve some immune indices of early-weaned piglets.
