针对新疆阿舍勒铜矿选矿工艺存在的问题进行了优先选铜、搅拌脱药、中矿再磨等工艺流程的技术改造和药剂制度、浓度、细度的优化,实现了高效回收铜、锌资源.生产实践表明,改造后工艺指标可达到铜精矿品位22.20%、回收率93.25%,锌精矿品位53.62%、回收率50.76%.
針對新疆阿捨勒銅礦選礦工藝存在的問題進行瞭優先選銅、攪拌脫藥、中礦再磨等工藝流程的技術改造和藥劑製度、濃度、細度的優化,實現瞭高效迴收銅、鋅資源.生產實踐錶明,改造後工藝指標可達到銅精礦品位22.20%、迴收率93.25%,鋅精礦品位53.62%、迴收率50.76%.

Directed at the existing problems of the mineral processing technological flowsheet in Xinjiang Ashele copper Mine,the technological transformation and renovation were conducted by means of preferential flotation of copper,stirring de-reagent,the middlings regrinding,and optimization of reagent combination,pulp density and fineness of grinding,effective recovery of copper and zinc was achieved. Production practice indicated that after completation of the technological transformation,the grade of copper concentrate can reach 22.20% with a recovery of 93.25%,the grade of zinc concentrate is 53.62% with a recovery of 50.76%.
