以含螺纹注塑件自动脱螺纹为目标,设计和改进了伺服同步自动脱螺纹系统.该系统通过伺服电机的转动带动推板推出注塑件,使用步进电机带动螺纹型芯脱出螺纹,控制两个机构之间同步的PLC系统经改进和优化,可有效解决自动脱螺纹机构与推板推出机构之间的同步问题,为进一步应用于实际注塑过程提供了依据.
以含螺紋註塑件自動脫螺紋為目標,設計和改進瞭伺服同步自動脫螺紋繫統.該繫統通過伺服電機的轉動帶動推闆推齣註塑件,使用步進電機帶動螺紋型芯脫齣螺紋,控製兩箇機構之間同步的PLC繫統經改進和優化,可有效解決自動脫螺紋機構與推闆推齣機構之間的同步問題,為進一步應用于實際註塑過程提供瞭依據.

Using a plastic part with screw as an instance in order to get out of the screw-core, a mechanism of servo-synchronous automatic screw releasing system is designed and improved. A servomotor is used to drive the pushing plate for ejecting the plastic part, while a step motor is used to drive the screw core in the mold to release the screw. And the PLC control system applied to synchronize the two motions is designed and improved to meet the actual situation of the real injection process. The synchronization system is applicable to practical injection consequently the basis to it is provided.
