通过对粤西8所小学200名小学教师进行问卷调查,发现粤西小学教师专业情意发展存在专业理念不够坚定、专业情操不够强烈、专业自我不够明晰等问题;需要从社会学、教育学和心理学角度出发,加大对教师专业情意发展的支持力度,提高对教师专业情意发展的内化要求,明晰对教师专业情意发展的认同程度。
通過對粵西8所小學200名小學教師進行問捲調查,髮現粵西小學教師專業情意髮展存在專業理唸不夠堅定、專業情操不夠彊烈、專業自我不夠明晰等問題;需要從社會學、教育學和心理學角度齣髮,加大對教師專業情意髮展的支持力度,提高對教師專業情意髮展的內化要求,明晰對教師專業情意髮展的認同程度。
통과대월서8소소학200명소학교사진행문권조사,발현월서소학교사전업정의발전존재전업이념불구견정、전업정조불구강렬、전업자아불구명석등문제;수요종사회학、교육학화심이학각도출발,가대대교사전업정의발전적지지력도,제고대교사전업정의발전적내화요구,명석대교사전업정의발전적인동정도。
Developments of 200 teachers of 8 primary schools in the west of Guangdong province by questionnaires show that Elementary school Teachers' professional complex in the west of Guangdong province confronts the problems of insufficiency of Professional ideals,professional aptitude and professional itself;From the education,the psychology and sociology angle,Increasing the support of teachers' professional development,improving the requirements of teachers' professional development,clearing the cordiality of teachers' professional development.
