为分析某国IV柴油机后处理装置内部流场的气流分布,文章通过CFD软件AVL-FIRE对该柴油机的催化器进行了CFD仿真分析,计算得到了催化器载体DOC和POC前端的速度均匀性系数,该结果符合评价标准。结果表明,裁体前端的速度均匀性系数均处在一个较高的水平,能够满足气流分布均匀性要求。

In order to analyze gas flow distribution of the after-treatment device of a certain diesel engine,which met the requirements of GB IV, CFD simulation analysis is conducted on the catalyst converter of the diesel engine using CFD software--AVL-FIRE. Through calculation the velocity uniform index in front of DOC and POC of" the catalyst converter was gained. The resuh is accord with evaluation standards. The resuhs showed that velocity uniformity index in front of substrate was in a higher level and distribution uniformity of gas flow was met.
