目的 探讨p53基因第72密码子多态性和胶质瘤易感性的关系.方法 提取p53基因72密码子多态性与脑胶质瘤易感性关系的数据,筛选出符合条件的数据,应用Meta分析技术软件对各项数据进行异质性检验,计算合并相对危险度(OR)值及95%可信区间(CI),并行敏感性分析和发表便宜的评估.结果 本研究中共有9组符合条件的数据,病例组2319例、对照组3682例.Meta分析合并结果显示,12139C等位基因能够增加高加索人脑胶质瘤的发病风险(P=0.04,OR=1.25;95% CI 1.01 ~1.55,Pheterogeneity=0.002).敏感性分析表明合并结果不受单个研究的影响.结论 p53基因第72号密码子的多态性能够增加高加索人脑胶质瘤的发病风险.

Objective To inverstigate the association between p53 Arg72Pro polymorphisms (C12139G) and the risk of glioma.Methods Data under the same criteria about association between p53 Arg72Pro polymorphisms and the risk of glioma were collected.The pool ORs with 95% CI were calculated to assess the association strength between p53 Arg72Pro polymorphisms and the risk of glioma using Meta-analysis.Sensitivity and publication bias were evaluated.Results Nine data with 2319 cases and 3682 controls were included.The pooled result indicated 12139C allele could increase the risk of glioma in the Cancasian ( P =0.04,OR =1.25; 95% CI 1.01-1.55,Pheterogeneity=0.002) compared with G allele.Sensitivity analysis showed that above combined results could not be effected by individual study.Conclusion p53 Arg72Pro polymorphisrs can increase the risk of glioma in the Cancasian.
