目的对实习护士的思想、心理行为以及解决问题的能力等方面进行全方位研究,提出解决问题的方法.方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对2007年4月至2008年4月在本市三级甲等医院实习的部分实习护士进行心理问题调查.结果实习护士专业思想不牢固,牢固者仅占28.6%,毕业后希望从事护理工作的仅有40%～45.7%.结论针对实习护士存在的问题,分析相关原因,采取相应措施,起到提高临床护生学习兴趣、专业能力,提高临床教学质量,圆满完成实习任务的良好效果.

Objective To study the idea, psychological behavior, abilities of practice of practice nurses, then propose effective solutions to the problems. Methods Practice nurses who practiced in three - level hospitals were investigated the psychological problems with the self- designed questionnaire. Results The profes-sional ideology of the practice nurses was not solid and the nurse with thinking firm was only 28. 6 percent. The practice nurses who hoped to become a splendid nurse were only from 40 to 45.7 percent after graduation. Conclusions The related reasons for the existing problems of practice nurses are analyzed, so as to take the corresponding measures to get the effect that the practice nurses like the clinical study and have the strong specialized technical ability, at last all of the nurses could complete the internship tasks satisfactorily.
