目的研究冠状动脉搭桥术前后心电图改变.方法对24例冠脉病变患者在入院做冠状动脉搭桥术前、术后第1周、2～4周及1个月后各记录常规12导联或18导联心电图.结果与术前比较,术后第1周窦速、早搏、异常Q波、多导联ST段抬高均较前明显增多,ST-T改变较前明显,2周以后上述改变显著减少或消失.结论冠状动脉搭桥患者由于手术创伤、再灌注损伤等原因致使术后早期出现上述心电图变化,此后逐渐减少至术前水平或消失.
목적 연구관상동맥탑교술전후심전도개변.방법 대24례관맥병변환자재입원주관상동맥탑교술전、술후제1주、2～4주급1개월후각기록상규12도련혹18도련심전도.결과 여술전비교,술후제1주두속、조박、이상Q파、다도련ST단태고균교전명현증다,ST-T개변교전명현,2주이후상술개변현저감소혹소실.결론 관상동맥탑교환자유우수술창상、재관주손상등원인치사술후조기출현상술심전도변화,차후축점감소지술전수평혹소실.
Objective To research of coronary artery bypass surgery and electrocardiogram changes.Methods 24 cases of coronary artery disease in patients with three lesions were doing coronary artery bypass preoperative and postoperative first 1 week ,2 ～4 week and 1 months after each record regular 12-lead or 18 lead electrocardiogram. Results Compared with the preoperative and postoperative first 1 W sinus, premature beat,abnormal Q wave,lead st-elevation are significantly increased, ST-T changed significant; after 2 week the change significantly reduce or disappear. Conclusion Coronary artery patients with surgical trauma, and pitched reperfusion injury early postoperative reasons causing the electrocardiogram, then change to the preoperative level gradually decrease or disapper.
