本文对通科护士核心能力培养的研究进展进行了综述.首先在概念和内容进行了阐述;护士通过在校教育和继续教育,强化了理念,突出了教学内容、教学方法;通过老师、护生、病人的三维教学质量评价体系,考查护士的核心能力.通科护士核心能力的培养需要一个长期的过程,而护士核心能力提高,有助于护理质量全面和持续的发展.

This article aim at passing overall nurse core competencies. First, to carried on the elaboration in the concept and the content Nurse through in the school education and the continuing education, strengthened the idea, had highlighted the course content, the teaching method. Through teacher, the student, patient's three dimensional quality of teaching appraisal system, nurse's core competencies synthesizing capacity were examined. Pass overall nurse, the raise of core competencies needed a long - term process, but nurse the core competencies enhance, which was helpful development which comprehensive and continues in the nursing quality.
