采用菌落直径含毒介质法,对10种新型吡啶酮类杂环化合物以及井冈霉素对草坪褐斑病菌的抑菌活性进行了测定,结果表明:在测定浓度为200μg/mL的情况下,10种新型吡啶酮类杂环化合物对草坪褐斑病菌抑菌率达4.64%~67.33%,井冈霉素的抑菌率为43.27%。其中,化合物3-氰基-5(4-吡啶基)-4-正丙基-吡啶酮和3-氰基-5-苯基-6-甲基-1-(4-吡啶甲基)-吡啶-2(1H)酮的抑菌率最高,分别为67.33%、49.89%,抑菌活性高于井冈霉素;其他8个化合物抑菌活性均低于井冈霉素。

채용균락직경함독개질법,대10충신형필정동류잡배화합물이급정강매소대초평갈반병균적억균활성진행료측정,결과표명:재측정농도위200μg/mL적정황하,10충신형필정동류잡배화합물대초평갈반병균억균솔체4.64%~67.33%,정강매소적억균솔위43.27%。기중,화합물3-청기-5(4-필정기)-4-정병기-필정동화3-청기-5-분기-6-갑기-1-(4-필정갑기)-필정-2(1H)동적억균솔최고,분별위67.33%、49.89%,억균활성고우정강매소;기타8개화합물억균활성균저우정강매소。
The inhibiting activity of ten kinds of pyridine ketone heterocyliccomounds and Jinggangmycin against Rhizoctomia solani fusion group was investigated by method of colony diameter and the results show that ten compounds display a content of inhibitory activity up to 4.64 %~67.33 % and Jinggangmycin's inhibitory activity was 43.27 % in the determination of the concentration of 200 μg/mL.Among them,compound 3-cyano-5(4-pyridyl)-4-propyl-pyridone and 3-cyano-5-phenyl-6-methyl-1-(4-pyridylmethyl)-pyridine-2-(1 H)-ketone have the highest inhibiting activity up to 67.33 % and 49.89 %,and greater than the same concentration of Jinggangmycin.The other eight copounds were lower than Jinggangmycin.
