本文通过凝胶注模成形得到氧化铝陶瓷坯体,采用直接干燥、高湿干燥、液相介质干燥等方式对坯体进行干燥,研究了不同的干燥方式对坯体干燥速率及干燥效果的影响。结果表明:凝胶注模成形坯体对环境温度、湿度的变化非常敏感,高湿干燥、液相介质干燥可有效减缓干燥速率,避免干燥过程中出现的开裂现象。
本文通過凝膠註模成形得到氧化鋁陶瓷坯體,採用直接榦燥、高濕榦燥、液相介質榦燥等方式對坯體進行榦燥,研究瞭不同的榦燥方式對坯體榦燥速率及榦燥效果的影響。結果錶明:凝膠註模成形坯體對環境溫度、濕度的變化非常敏感,高濕榦燥、液相介質榦燥可有效減緩榦燥速率,避免榦燥過程中齣現的開裂現象。
본문통과응효주모성형득도양화려도자배체,채용직접간조、고습간조、액상개질간조등방식대배체진행간조,연구료불동적간조방식대배체간조속솔급간조효과적영향。결과표명:응효주모성형배체대배경온도、습도적변화비상민감,고습간조、액상개질간조가유효감완간조속솔,피면간조과정중출현적개렬현상。
Alumina green body is fabricated by gel--casting and dehydrated by different methods, such as dehydration in the air and with high humidity, dehydration via the liquid desiccant , etc. The influences of different approaches on dehydration rate and effect were studied. Results show that the green body prepared by gel--casting is very sensitive to the variation of temperature and humidity, dehydration with high humidity or via liquid desiccant can slow the dehydration rate effectively avoiding the crack problem occurring during drying.
