全日制教育硕士专业学位的培养对象是具有良好的学科专业知识结构、文化知识接受能力较强和学科教学实践经验不足的特点;其培养目标是具有扎实理论基础,并适应基础教育行业实际工作需要的应用型高层次专门人才。全日制教育硕士课程设置对其专业的培养目标显得尤为重要,应体现其专业性和特色性。

The subjects of full-time EMD(Education Master Degree) are those who hold good knowledge of his major,accept culture and adapt fast,and have little teaching experience.And its purpose is to train the elementary education application-oriented personnel in elementary education who master theoretical knowledge well.The curriculum design is very important for the students whose major is EMD,which should be different from any other majors,reflecting its specialty.
