杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv)是我国特有植物,现有资源量大。杜仲叶富含绿原酸。本文分别研究了季节,树龄,坡向,存储时间,干燥方式等几个因素影响下杜仲叶中绿原酸含量的变化特征,为杜仲叶提取绿原酸的产业化提供了理论支撑。

Eucornmia ulmoides is an endemic plant in China, and has large amount of resources. Chloro- genie acid is rich in Eucommia ulmoides leaves. In this paper,researches are conducted into the variation characteristics of chlorogenic acid content in the leaves of Eucornmia ulmoides, under the influence of sea- sons, tree age, slope aspect, storage time, drying methods. The research conclusions can provide theoretical support for industrialization of chlorogenie acid's extraction from Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
