文章以3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸甲酯(以下简称3,5-甲酯)、季戊四醇、单元脂肪酸为原料,合成了5种酚酯型抗氧性合成酯。合成过程分两步酯化反应:首先3,5-甲酯皂化水解得到的3-(35,-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸与季戊四醇酯化,得到具有抗氧化基团的多羟基化合物;然后,此多羟基化合物与单元脂肪酸酯化得到了具有抗氧化性的合成酯。通过分析傅里叶红外光谱,可以认为,此过程反应基本完全,所得产物与目标产物结构吻合。TG表明,此基础油具有良好的热氧化稳定性。旋转氧弹法测试表明其具有良好的抗氧化性能。同时,产品的黏度、黏度指数、闪点和倾点,可以说明此合成酯可以用来做良好的润滑油基础油。

In this paper, five antioxidant - modified esters were synthesized with methyl 3 - (3, 5 - di - tert - butyl -4 - hydroxyphenyl) propionate(3,5 - methyl propionate for short), pentaerythritol and fatty acids via two steps of esterification. First, 3 - (3, 5 - di- tert- butyl-4 -hydroxyphenyl)propionic acid from 3,5 -methyl propionate reacted with pentaerythri- tol and the antioxidant - modified multi - hydroxyl compound was obtained. Then, the antioxidant - modified esters were synthesized via the esterification of previous multi - hydroxyl compound and fatty acids. The esters were characterized with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry (FT -IR), the results proved that the synthesis was feasible, and the structure of the esters synthesized was consistent with that of esters designed. The TG analysis suggested that these esters had excel- lent thermal oxidation stability. Rotary bomb oxidation test showed they had good antioxidation properties. And the physical properties of lubricating base oil, such as viscosity, viscosity index, flash point and pour point, indicated that these kinds of esters could be used as lubricating base oil.
