科技兴农是建设社会主义新农村，发展现代农业，提高农民收入的必然选择，而落实科技兴农的关键就是要把农业科技成果转化为现实生产力。针对我国农业科技成果转化缓慢的现状，剖析影响其转化的原因，并提出了相应的对策建议，为进一步解决三农问题提供理论依据。
科技興農是建設社會主義新農村，髮展現代農業，提高農民收入的必然選擇，而落實科技興農的關鍵就是要把農業科技成果轉化為現實生產力。針對我國農業科技成果轉化緩慢的現狀，剖析影響其轉化的原因，併提齣瞭相應的對策建議，為進一步解決三農問題提供理論依據。

Promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances is an inevitable choice of the construction of a new socialist countryside,developing the modern agriculture and increasing farmer＇s income. The key to implement technology innovation is translating scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces. Based on the slow transformation of the agricultural sci-tech achievements, the impact factors were analyzed in detail,and some corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
