随着高校扩招和改革深入,高校毕业生就业压力逐年增大。普通高等学校的特色专业学生就业面临多种问题,本文从专业就业角度探讨新时期特色专业的就业之路,分析了特色专业学生就业面临的一些问题,对推进特色专业学生的就业工作进行了分析和思考,提出建设思路建议。

With the expanding enrollment and deep reformation in college, the employment pressure on college graduates has been increasing year by year, and the graduates from characteristic specialty of general college has to face multiple problems in finding jobs. In this paper, through the discussion of the employment problems that encountered by graduates under new circumstances and the analysis of the characteristic specialty graduates employment, the author has put forward certain effective suggestions on this point.
