在关注生态和节能的大背景下，生态住区得到快速发展，在住区建设过程中，往往关注与新技术、新材料、新的运行模式的应用而忽视当地地域文化特色的体现，以致出现城市面貌趋同等情况。如何在生态住区中体现地域文化，成为城乡建设中的一个重要问题，本文通过对生态住区建设现状和问题的分析，提出自己的看法和措施。

The whole society are in concern ecological and energy-saving of the background, the ecological residential district in domestic get fast development, in the residential construction process, tend to focus on the new technology, new material, new operation mode and ignore the application of local regional cultural features ,reflect that appear local characteristics not obvious, the image era single, urban appearance convergence and so on, how to reflect in the ecological residential district regional culture become one of the important problems, author through on ecological live area construction status and problem of analysis, present their views and measures.
