为了解决快速自愈分布智能型馈线自动化系统的瞬时性故障的快速恢复供电并进一步提高其可靠性,提出一种一侧带电启动重合、重合成功后向相邻开关发送信息驱动其合闸的重合闸控制策略,可有效地实现瞬时性故障的快速恢复供电,并能在通信通道障碍情况下使系统仍能有效恢复供电。提出一种开关拒分处理措施,以有效减少开关拒动对恢复供电造成的不利影响。分析指出:对于偶然干扰造成的误判或漏判,仅会造成故障影响范围短暂扩大现象,随后故障就可被隔离在最小范围。建议采用超级电容器作为智能电子设备的备用电源储能部件,以确保其可靠性。文中给出实例分析,结果表明所建议的方法是可行和有效的。

In order to solve fast power supply restoration after temporary fault and further improve the reliability of the distributed intelligent based feeder automation system with fast self-healing performance,a novel re-closing control strategy is put forward.The re-closing process of a switch is started only when the switch is energized.Once the re-closing is succeed,a message is sent to adjacent switches so that makes them closed.With the proposed re-closing strategy,not only the temporary faults and permanent faults can be effectively indentified,but also the restoration process can work normally even with fault in communication channel.An approach to deal with the refused tripping of switches is proposed and bad influence of the refused tripping on the restoration process is remarkably reduced.Based on the analysis,it is pointed out that when there is a missed detection or a mistaken detection of fault current due to accidental interference,the fault influence can only temporary enlarged and then it will be finally well isolated in minimum area.It is suggested that super capacitor is used as the energy storage device for back-up power supplies in the intelligent electronic devices(IEDs) so as to enhance reliability.The results of many cases study given in the paper show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approaches.
