在气田开发过程中,气井普遍产水,不同程度地影响了气井的正常生产。近几年来,榆林气田南区开展了以泡沫排水、井下节流助排、间歇提产带液等为主的排水采气工艺技术研究与应用。与其它工艺技术相比,悬挂式速度尾管具有一次性投入,操作简单,连续稳定,有效期长,排水采气和水合物防治双重作用等优点。通过应用悬挂式速度尾管技术,可以有效提高气井携液能力,防止气井积液、保证气井正常生产。
