为了研究离心泵气液两相流对于该泵扬程和效率的的影响,首先采用CFD中的Fluent6.3进行单相流数值模拟与试验结果对比,说明了数值模拟的可靠性;然后采用Mixture模型计算出在设计工况下,不同气相浓度、不同气相颗粒直径在内部流场的液相分布情况,模拟结果表明:增大气相浓浓度和气相颗粒直径都会导致扬程、效率下降,且增大气相浓度对扬程、效率的下降特别显著;
為瞭研究離心泵氣液兩相流對于該泵颺程和效率的的影響,首先採用CFD中的Fluent6.3進行單相流數值模擬與試驗結果對比,說明瞭數值模擬的可靠性;然後採用Mixture模型計算齣在設計工況下,不同氣相濃度、不同氣相顆粒直徑在內部流場的液相分佈情況,模擬結果錶明:增大氣相濃濃度和氣相顆粒直徑都會導緻颺程、效率下降,且增大氣相濃度對颺程、效率的下降特彆顯著;

In order to further study the gas-liquid two-phase flow mechanism influent with the head and efficiency in centrifugal pump.Firstly compared three dimensional simulation was performed for one-phase with the test.The results showed that simulation is very reliable. Secondly with Mixture model simulated the distribution of gas particle of different particle size and different volume fraction at design operation flow,and the head of pump was also calculated.The result indicated that the volume fraction and the diameter of the gas had an effect in particle distribution,besides the increase the diameter of gas influent more serious than the volume fraction.
